Kickstart your workout with a natural pre-workout smoothie



My desire to live slim and trim "the right way" led me on a quest for information. During my research, a question fitness enthusiasts seem to ask is, "what are the free resources available to help me live an optimal life" To my surprise (with how far tech has gone), no one appeared to have a clear direct answer to the complicated question. So, here is my contribution to the endless Pool of fitness knowledge. Studies show that eating lots of nuts, fruits, vegetables, and less dairy (as possible) helps the whole body function better. 

    What were you expecting, I am not a licensed dietitian😁. Anyhoo!

I also came across several helpful tips during my research, including the smoothie recipe I will share with you shortly. More importantly, I found that those who took the Smoothie or the healthy alternative(discussed later in this post) upon rising in the morning, got better results during workouts and daily activities. Personally, my "New Year's resolution" is to exercise more, eat smaller portions, and be more intentional about the type of foods mentioned earlier.
